Job Title: Branch Manager at Sophia Education

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Location: Singapore Shopping Centre, next to Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station

Working Hours:
Weekdays 1-9pm

Weekends from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, 1 mutually agreed weekday off.

Sophia Education is a dynamic tuition centre based in Singapore, delivering quality education for students at all levels. We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual to serve as the Branch Manager at our tuition centre. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, from administrative tasks to direct communication with students and parents.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth and effective service.

Collect payments from parents promptly and efficiently.

Register new students, maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all paperwork.

Answer queries from parents and students promptly and accurately.

Organize and print study notes, ensuring they are ready for distribution to students.

Manage all logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and overall administrative duties of the centre.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the centre, fostering a conducive learning environment for students.

Lead and manage the administrative staff, promoting a positive and productive working environment.

Liaise with senior management on centre performance and improvements.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Diploma holder or secondary graduate.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

A team player with leadership abilities.

Ability to work on weekends

No prior experience needed; comprehensive training will be provided.

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,600.00 per month
