**Your Role**:
As the **Restaurant Supervisor**, you will lead and inspire a dynamic service team to deliver top-notch hospitality to our guests. With a mix of docked and sailing operations, you’ll oversee all aspects of the semi-fine dining experience on the **upper deck under the stars** and in the **elegantly air-conditioned Grand Salon**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure seamless service during docked and sailing events.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of service staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Ensure impeccable service standards and guest satisfaction with attention to detail and personalized interactions.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver a smooth and timely service for our **3-7 course dining experiences**.
- Assist in planning and executing themed events such as **sunset dining cruises**, **dog-friendly cruises**, and **proposal sailings**.
- Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene standards onboard the vessel.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&B or hospitality.
- Passionate about delivering **exceptional guest experiences** and leading by example.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with unique settings, including working on a sailing vessel.

**Ready to Set Sail?**

**SGD 2,400 and SGD 2,800 per month**

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
