At Infineon, we are looking for a passionate Business Analyst who can be the part of the team to drive the company-wide SAP and business transformation oneSAP project roll-out and delivers Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions.

In your new role you will:

- **Business communication and consulting **; proactively work with key internal customers associated with new and existing business initiatives to **understand, shape, agree, and deliver their Business Intelligence and analytics requirements**:

- Actively **drive the company-wide SAP S4 project rollout for Analytics and Reporting **and **take over responsibility through the full cycle of implementation **from **requirement engineering to deployment and 3rd-level support**:

- Introduce **innovative solution proposals **and **new analytical products **that can support business objectives and unlock value from data assets
- **Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Design, Proof of concepts/prototyping, **and its evaluation together with Biz users to **enable fast customer feedback and alignment.**:

- **Design & review Functional & Technical Design specifications **in sync with overall solution platforms and architecture.
- **Develop and Implement various BI content solutions **as needed including database & ETL, reports, dashboards and scorecards as integral parts of the Infineon Business Intelligence architecture.
- **Best practice implementation & external benchmarking **especially new biz. trends such Industry 4.0, IoT, Smart Factory, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning etc.

You are best equipped for this task if you are:

- Proficient in **Oracle Data warehouse **design and concepts.
- Expert in Development using **Oracle, PLSQL & ETL process **(source/target mappings, transformations, and reconciliation /validation rules)
- Expertise in **Data modeling and dimensional modeling of BI Solutions**:

- Expertise in **Reporting and Dashboarding solutions **design and visualization, specially SAP Business Objects (BO) & Tableau
- Know-How on the concept of **ticketing systems (e.g. Remedy) **is beneficial

Qualification:

- Masters / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Relevant work experience in IT for at least **4 years**
