Our Team and Opportunity

The Security Department oversees security governance, risk management, compliance, and security operations. We seek individuals who want to work with best-in-class technology in a dynamic environment to protect Agoda and its employees.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, analyze, and remediate vulnerabilities across the environment
  • Hands-on penetration testing and vulnerability management to keep systems secure and resilient
  • Develop security automation tools to scale solutions
  • Triage security findings from multiple tools and coordinate remediation with multiple teams within SLAs
  • Conduct security assessments through code reviews, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis
  • Research vulnerability impacts to minimize effects and adapt controls for prevention
  • Identify potential threats to protect the organization from malicious actors, including vulnerability management and bug bounty programs
  • Develop security training for developers
  • Collaborate with the DevSecOps team to integrate tools into CI/CD and fine-tune rules
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • 5+ years in information security
  • 5+ years in penetration testing (Web, Infra, Mobile, APIs) and vulnerability management
  • Minimum 1 year of experience running a bug bounty program
  • Minimum 2 years experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Rancher)
  • Experience with security testing including code reviews and web application security testing
  • Familiarity with GitLab, DefectDojo, JIRA, Confluence
  • Programming proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js)
  • Experience with analytics platforms and databases (GraphQL, REST APIs, Postgres, MSSQL, Kafka, Hadoop, S3)
  • Strong knowledge of security assessment tools (Nessus, Acunetix, and similar)

  • Knowledge in container image security, dependency checking, fuzzing, and license scanning
  • Familiarity with incident response processes and 0-day threats
