Social Media Account Executive
Job responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact to the client day-to-day.
- Ensure the smooth running of social media campaigns
- from communicating to all members of the team including creatives, to facing clients and reporting to the account director.
- Manage social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram and TikTok.
- Build a relationship with the clients based on a foundation of trust and respect.
- Work closely with the creative team to influence the development of the highest quality of creative work by sharing knowledge of the client/business/brand and demonstrating strong creative judgment and basic strategic recommendations.
- Work with content creators (influencers, content portals) to create sponsored content.
- Work closely with our analysts to measure, analyze and report growth & success of social media accounts.
- Researches and understands the brand, its category and its competitors to provide added value for the client while staying well-informed on marketing and media trends.
**Requirements**:
- Preferred to have a degree in a relevant field such as communications or marketing.
- Fantastic communication skills across both written and oral.
- Addicted to social media and genuinely excited by digital technologies.
- True team player who embraces collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A keen attention to details, articulate, resourceful and full of ideas.
- Well organized and able to handle multiple challenging deadlines.
