**Responsibilities**
- Plan and co-ordinate on the project progress and schedule and ensure timely completion
- Attend project meeting and report on project status
- Prepare project cost estimation
- Co-ordination of Hookup and monitor of tools installations schedule, ensure all drawing (schematic and layout) are completed as per schedule given or before tools arrival
- Manage, control and monitor all activities such as design, materials specification and schedule of project are accordingly to client requirement
- Ensure and check drafter team under his/her care prepare design and detail CAD drawings for tools drawings are correct as per information given by clients
- Prepare and compile necessary claim information and documentation for work done to QS for billing purpose
- Prepare and check GA & layout drawings of ducting, piping, equipment
- Preparing Material take-off from given drawing such as P&ID, G.A or ISO drawing
- More advantage if knowledge in preparing 3D drawing and isometric drawing from Cad software (such as Cadworx or Autocad & Autocad inventor) but optional.
- Support Engineering or other department for drawing request if any

**Competency Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechatronic/ Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of drafting experience in the related field
- Familiarity with semi-conductor tools hookup/construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in using drafting software like AutoCAD, Inventor, but advantage if Cadworx experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedure (PQR/WPS) will be an added advantage
- Multi-tasking team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Attended QEHS related awareness training
