**Job Description Summary**: This role encompasses working in a matrix environment and driving the execution and monitoring of medical & Guv. Affairs programs to deliver the value of our solutions to our key stakeholders including, but not limited to, patients and consumers, HCPs, patient associations, academia, medical and research societies and other health care organizations.
- Support the implementation of Regional Medical Affairs & Guv. Affairs activities and assist key tactical medical programs.
- Work closely with relevant country, regional and WW business partners to support creation, review and approvals of program related documents, contents, and materials as per embeta policies and procedures
- Work closely with RMD to identify and onboard selected suppliers for their scope of services and manage communication, transactions, and related processes for regional medical & Guv. Affairs programs.
- Follow good documentation practices for all such programs, reconcile and archive all required documents in an audit ready manner
- Co-create, implement and monitor KPI or other agreed metric on regional medical & relevant Guv. Affairs programs
- Any other assigned activity related to regional medical & Guv. Affairs programs as planned

Our Requirements

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree/MBA or other relevant Graduate/Post Graduate qualification preferably with a Project Management training/ certification
- 1-3 years related project management or operational/ execution experience preferably in healthcare/ life science business environment

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Experience in project management & operational excellence/ execution of multi-stakeholder projects in a matrix environment
- Quick learner, adaptability, working with quality and speed for time bound deliverables
- A compliant and ethical mindset and attitude to pick up the policies and procedures, identify key BPs and drive the execution with mínimal supervision
- Identifying risks and raising the flag at appropriate time to minimize risk in execution of the key medical programs
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English
- Demonstrated ability to influence, handle negotiations, and work cross-functionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on can-do attitude and a keen interest in proactively proposing/ developing agile ways to improve efficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization
