This program objectives are:

- Support the development and maturity of the Operational Resilience framework to comply with Business, Group and Regulatory requirements

**RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Deliverables to support APAC CIB Operational Resilience Programme:

- With global, develop a multi-year global Operational Resilience roadmap
- Carry out gap analysis of the resilience of critical business services
- Review and document end-to end mapping of processes and assets
- Identify gaps and areas of improvement including implementation contingency solutions against the 15 risk playbook scenarios
- Implement group operational resilience testing strategy for risk scenarios to enable continuing maturing
- Identify and ensure APAC business and regulatory requirements are considered under global initiatives
- Proactively interact with core supporting business and infrastructure partners to achieve programme objectives
- Project tracking, reporting and monitoring
- Track and report status of project deliverables
- Escalate gaps, issues and findings during assessment and delivery phases to APAC Head Operational Resilience
- Prepare the slides to support the varies OR APAC and Group committees
- Work closely with the Global team of similar program to ensure synergy and consistency in all aspects of the project
- Support adhoc programme risk reports, papers and recommendations
- Support wider OR pillar overlapping programmes to create synergies and alignment
- Component Contingency (Loss of single critical component)
- Extreme Cyber Scenarios
- Design Cyber Recivery Solutions
- Design Regional Datacenter Solution
- Liveplay Reporting Industrialization

**COMPETENCIES**
- An understanding of Operational Resilience methodology
- Have worked in Financial Services/banking with understanding of one or more of key business/infrastructure lines (Front Office, Back Office, IT & Operations including Risk Management)
- Evening calls maybe required due global programme alignment
- The role is based in-house at our client’s office in Singapore
