- Manage the smooth flow of air freight shipments, from booking to delivery (import & export).
- Oversee all aspects of air freight operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.

**Key Duties**:

- **Planning & Procedures**:Develop and implement efficient air freight forwarding procedures.
Manage and optimize freight consolidation for cost-effectiveness.
- **Customer & Carrier Management**:Build and maintain relationships with clients and airlines.
Secure competitive rates and negotiate contracts with air carriers.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- **Shipment Management**:Oversee the booking process, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Track shipments closely, providing real-time updates to clients.
Manage customs clearance procedures and ensure adherence to regulations.
Handle shipment discrepancies and expedite solutions for delays.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- May participate in developing and implementing new air freight services.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., IATA, CSCP) are a plus.
- At least 5 years in logistics or airfreight operations
- Leadership experience for overall freight operation
