**Job Description**:
A1 main contractor in civil and infrastructure projects (Design & Build Project). We are looking a C&S Coordinator which will be site-based.

Role Overview:
Support Project Manager on all construction projects by ensuring that the design standards and that design effort is coordinated to support the overall goals and objectives.
Serves as primary POC on the planning and development of Design/Build Scopes of Work (SOW) and for ensuring that all planning deadlines are met.

1. Project coordination, management and administration in accordance with our client standards and procedures for project delivery;
2. Responsible for liaison with authorities to obtain clearance for the construction works;
3. Coordinate with Archi and M&E team;
4. Preparation and compilation of technical reports, designs, specifications, drawings and construction documents;
5. Work with clients, consultants and contractors as required during planning, design and construction phases;
6. Oversee and manage the design review process to include maintaining accurate and timely design review databases;
7. Assist Coordination Manager in tracking items through to closure.

Ideal Profile:
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering, infrastructure, facilities planning, design or project management;
2. Commitment to delivery of quality output, on time and to budget;
3. Ability to fully engage with projects and an ‘eye for detail’;
4. Ability to identify, understand and focus on clients key requirements and build relationships;
5. Strong team player, ability to work closely with colleagues;
6. Good communication skills (written and verbal);
7. Commercially aware, clear understanding of setting and working to project goals, including project profit and loss;
8. Integrity in dealing with clients, staff and in business dealings;
9. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
