Singapore CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee C&S design progress against schedule and budget on projects.
- Manage the interfacing with M&E contractors
- Coordinate with engineering consultant, review and comment its design drawings
- Monitor the design progress and statutory submission against project baseline program
- Implement corrective measures for identified distractions or issues.
- Review, negotiate and recommend for approval/disapproval on design change orders.
- Administer design subcontract including processing monthly invoices for payment.
- Coordinate and monitor status of design incentive/disincentive programs complying with provisions of design subcontract.
- Perform constructive reviews conforming design to prime contract requirements and proposal commitments.
- Coordinate and control design submittals for owner’s review and approval.
- Lead a design team for overall C&S and architectural design works, assist QS team for material takeoff and tendering, manage subcontractors and support site construction works
- Facilitate resolving design issues with owner.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree qualifications in Civil and Structural Engineering
- Preferably 2 years of relevant expereince in the planning and design of major waste to energy projects or similar major projects
- Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well versed with C&S software
