
Area Consumer Experience Lead for Consumer Business

**Job Description**:
Role and Responsibility- Translates business objectives and brand positioning into consumer experience strategies prioritized and allocated across E2E consumer journey touchpoints- Drives customer-centric thinking for integrated and digital marketing as an advocate for end-user across touchpoints to deliver a relevant and differentiated consumer experience- Makes recommendations on how to best deploy demand generation $ (A&M) across portfolio and geographic opportunities aligned with the prioritized portfolios and programs to meet business group growth objectives- Develops E2E playbooks including demand generation mix recommendations across brand, digital, eCom and shopper activities- Develops master content to support E2E playbook recommendations and area adaptation/activation for the prioritized programs and relevant country-initiated programs- Shares guidelines from GMC (standards, tools/best practices and procedures) with countries- Supports portfolios in branding efforts and reinforces corporate brand direction. Champions Brand activities and best practices to ensure consistent consumer brand experience(s) and growth activities- Leads strategic brand management by supporting the Business and Portfolio leaders- Enforces governance for content, brand usage, and visual/verbal/written/image identity- Engages closely with country team on execution of Area-led programs as well as locally initiated campaigns and ensures it drives program objectives- Defines actions to take with portfolio marketers to ensure brand actions are taken that both immediately support growth of the portfolio as well as complement the direction of the brand strategy- Ensures consistent brand strategy is managed through all marketing functions, areas and consumer touch points- Collaborates with the 3M global Design team and Area Consumer Insights team on visual identity, new brands- Coordinates with Insights and Data Analytics teams to build a robust cross-platform measurement framework on brand (i.e. brand equity, brand health, POS)
Qualification- Bachelor’s degree or above- Preferred Min. 5 years of experience of consumer industry- Experienced team leader with strong individual and team development skills, preferably with regional experience- Experience developing branding and integrated marketing strategies- Experience in brand advertising and deployment for local adaptation- Experience in digital demand generation strategy and execution- Experience in measuring marketing effectiveness and marketing KPIs to shape strategy
