The Opportunity

**Accounts Receivable (AR) Management**:

- Monitor and manage accounts receivable of Asia customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing and payments.

**Sell-Out Reporting**:

- Generate regular Tableau sell-out reports to track the performance of customers
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to optimize commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure the accuracy of the reports.

**Tracking of Marketing Expenses**:

- Monitor and track marketing expenses incurred for various marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accruals vs actuals reports and coordinate with Accounts Payable in terms of actual spending
- Assist in budget planning and forecasting for advertising and marketing activities.

**Master Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data related to prices and COGS
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with IT and data management teams to implement and improve data management processes.

**Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyse financial data, including sales figures, expenses, and profitability, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct variance analysis to assess deviations from budget and forecast and provide insights on potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
- Provide recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts, aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
- Monitor budget performance throughout the year, identify areas of concern or potential cost savings, and provide recommendations for budget adjustments.

**Business Partnering and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to gather relevant data and insights.
- Provide financial expertise and guidance to support strategic initiatives and business planning processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing financial analysis and recommendations to drive growth and profitability.

The Skills you will bring to the team
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst in the consumer goods industry or from Big 4 audit firms
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and systems such as TPM (Trade Promotion Management) and Tableau
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
