**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the assessment and submission of grant proposals to the Approving Authority.
- Support the team in grant administration (e.g., drafting grant approval letters) as well as general administration.
- Support the co-ordination of engagement sessions and synthesize findings in bid to co-curate new strategic initiatives
- Facilitate assessment and submission of grant proposals to the Approving Authority.
- Drafting of grant approval letters and/or addendum letters.
- Updating of monthly grant tracking lists.
- Support for curation of strategic initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Polytechnic diploma, or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Good organisational and communications skills
- Good written skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical, budgetary, and grants administration details to internal staff and external grantees.
- Ability to follow and implement effective workflow processes and procedures
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through to effectively manage work and meet multiple deadlines
