Nityo Infotech is looking for Deskside Support Engineers.

**Job Requirements,**
- Minimally 1-3 years’ hands-on experience in supporting end users computing devices
- Strong communication skills and attention to details, customer oriented
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in ticketing tools

**Technical Requirements,**
- Windows 7 and above
- Office 365, MS Office 2016
- Symantec Anti-Virus
- Cloning tools (MDT)
- Basic network in configuring wireless devices and network printing
- MDM / InTunes

**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday, 1pm - 10pm

**Location**:
Institute of Mental Health
