Singapore IDS MEDICAL SYSTEMS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for assist in quotation development (via system and manual) and Tender submission support with various field sales stakeholders. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure success in submission of quotation and tenders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage multiple submission of tenders and RFQ bids within closing deadlines.
- Daily checking (rotational, monthly) for Tenders and RFQ online published in various tender posting platform. Duties include the tracking and monitoring of tender/ quotation closing deadlines with reminders to the sales teams where necessary.
- Strict adherence to the maintenance system implemented for the control, tracking and easy retrieval of all master tender documents, tender awards and in accordance with corporate records management guidelines.
- Ensure all hard copies of tender and RFQ documents are efficiently organised for prompt filing and safeguarded in a secure cupboard. Efficiently track all documentation removed at the request of authorised personnel only.
- Support the Company in the administration, preparation and collation of tender documents, quotations and any other forms of business and administrative documents and duties and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Facilitate in Purchase order validation via Sales Order Confirmation Instruction (SOCI) process.
- Any other administrative duties as and when assigned by reporting officer.

**Work Experience & Qualification**
- Polytechnic Diploma (Experienced) in Business Management / Engineering or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience
- Working knowledge of ERP system, i.e. Microsoft Dynamics 365.
