- Implement new production / project initiative and manage budget and timeline.
- Liaise with customer on all new product development activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Engineering

- Experience in NPI & Project Management, with preference of PMP certification

- Problem Solving and decision-making skills
- MS Project skill
