Our Fed Gov Client is seeking a skilled Project Manager who has significant experience in managing Information Management projects in a government setting.

The position involves working with the Technology and Information Management Team ICT to oversee a migration project from Content Manager and Shared Drives to SharePoint.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple ICT projects simultaneously.
- Document and manage project lifecycle according to EPMO standards.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
- Research and analyse ICT trends for future project options and business cases.
- Lead project boards and execute project plans to drive change.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as process definitions, requirements, designs, and reports.
- Manage project governance, identify and escalate risks and issues.
- Manage procurement process and contract negotiation for new systems.
- Develop and maintain project schedule and deliverables.
- Manage project budget and track costs to ensure delivery within tolerances.
- Deliver communication plans and briefings.
- Contribute to project and business initiative planning.
- Report project success criteria results, metrics, and management activities.

**Capabilities & Experience**
- Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Content Manager/HPE Records Manager.
- Experience with Document Management System migration to SharePoint Online.
- Qualified in SCRUM, AGILE, and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Expertise in various software programs including Microsoft Office, Projects, Teams, and DevOps.
- Proven stakeholder relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
- Management of project governance, risks, and issues.
- Procurement process management and contract negotiation.
- Accurate project scheduling and budgeting.
- Effective communication and change management skills.
- Contributing to project and business initiative planning.
- Reporting on project success criteria, metrics, and activities.
- Experience in managing Information Management projects in government organizations, particularly SharePoint Online migration.

**Essential**:

- Managing multiple ICT projects as Project Manager.
