ISD confronts and addresses threats to Singapore's internal security and stability. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering modern ICT infrastructure projects that enhance the efficiency, resiliency, and scalability of infrastructures.
What You Will Be Working On
- Exploration and evaluation of solutions to meet infrastructure modernisation requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and private industry partners
- Plan and coordinate project designs to comply with the Enterprise Architecture and policies
- Manage project life-cycle until project commissioning
- Adopt procurement strategies to achieve successful ICT contracts
- Conduct procurement functions in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures prescribed by the Singapore Government
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in procurement and contracts management/administration in the ICT industry (preferred)
- Knowledge or prior experience in Government ICT procurement (an added advantage)
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (preferred)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate, organise, prioritise, and multi-task
- Interest in keeping up-to-date with technology and industry practices
- Team player capable of working effectively at all organisational levels
