Part-time Trainer for Crane Operation Courses

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver the Workshop to Enhance the Safety of Crane Operation (WESCO).
- Conduct training sessions covering crane safety, load charts, lifting plans, and pre-operation checks.
- Educate participants on MOM legal requirements and lifting operation best practices.
- Manage assessments and practical evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with the latest safety standards and course requirements.
- Prepare additional materials (if required).
- Create a safe learner-centric environment for learners.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Lifting Supervisor Safety Course certificate or MOM-Registered Crane Operator License.
- Possess ACTA / ACLP certification.
- Possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) qualification or equivalent (preferred).
- At least two years of relevant construction site experience (crane operations or lifting supervision).
- Able to communicate in English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and without supervision.
- Have strong work ethics and professional conduct.
- Be computer literate and conversant with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
