**Job Summary**

We are hiring certified professionals as Part-Time Technical Trainers in Rigging & Signaling, Welding, or Process Pipe Fitting. Trainers will conduct theory and practical sessions aligned with WSQ and WSH standards to prepare learners for roles in the Process Industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training sessions (classroom and hands-on) in one or more of the above areas
- Guide learners through safe, compliant, and industry-relevant practices
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate training records
- Ensure training tools and equipment are safe and operational
- Provide feedback for continuous course improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes

**Training Areas & Curriculum Overview - Welding**
- Maintain safe working environment and welding equipment
- Set up welding workstations
- Perform SMAW and GTAW on mild steel pipes in 6G position
- Identify and rectify weld defects
- Inspect welded parts for quality and document repair procedures

**Requirements**:

- Valid certifications in CSOC/ BCSS or OPSOC/OPSS are required
- A valid lifting supervisor certificate is required for Rigging & Signaling trainers
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the relevant technical field in the Process Industry
- Prior experience in adult education or technical instruction is an advantage
