**CORPORATE GOVERNANCE**
- Report regularly to the senior management concerning updates of general group and local procedures and policies.
- Ensure the proper implementation of group and company policies and procedures.
- Arrange training or informational meetings (when deemed necessary) for new procedures, modified procedures and procedures that need a reminder in addition to developing effective communication, materials and avenues in order to relay the required information to the entity and respective key stakeholders.
- Maintain the Corporate Management System on a daily basis and ensure it is up to date and accurate for each department.
- Create standardized documentation for all forms and procedures to ensure continuity.
- Liaises with all other departments for follow-up of implementation of audit recommendations and management action plans.

**RISK MANAGEMENT**
- Implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for each legal entity. Organize meetings with Executive Committee member to identify the risks by department, analyze the risks, evaluate/rank the Risk., treat or control Risk, monitor and review risk, conduct missions to ensure these risks are adequately hedged.
- Ensure Key Risk Indicator report is issued on a periodic basis to Senior Management.
- Promote the “whistle blowing” mechanism for the Anti-Corruption & Compliance directive

**INTERNAL CONTROL**
- Drafting and implement internal control procedures.
- Responsible for the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley controls
- Formalization of controls with operational staff (IT, Finance, purchasing, business dev.).
- Implementation of archiving/centralization of documentation.
- Blank testing of the various controls.
- Follow-up of recommendations following Internal Control test results
- Assistance missions on the implementation of internal control within the entities in the region
- Responsible for the implementation of the essentials of internal control
- Follow-up of action plans resulting from audits.

**INTERNAL AUDIT**
- Follow-up on the implementation of recommendations given by group auditing entities (Assistance Affiliate, Corporate Audit Group, etc..) including, most notably, post mission follow-up.
- Discuss with each department manager regarding various issues of business, risk, and propose an audit plan to be vetted and approved by the Corporate Affairs Director & final validation by the Managing Director.
- Produce internal audit reports on a regular basis to validate compliance with respective procedures.
- Conduct routine audits for all operations in all departments to ensure proper business conduct, ensure that results are published to the Management Committee.

**PROCUREMENT GOVERNANCE**
- Implement group and GRP/ REN procedure policies and procedures
- Coordinate the operations of regional purchase committee
- Advisory to operations and supply chain management on the governance requirement of procurement process

**Context and environment**
- The Internal Control and Governance program is part of a reinforcement of the Company Integrity policy and aims to address changes in and tightening of international conventions and regulations and national laws and their enforcement.
- The Internal Control Company’s policies and rules aim to provide reasonable assurance on the achievement of operational, reporting and compliance objectives.
- 5-10 years of compliance and internal control experience in MNC.
- Knowledge of internal control principles and risk management framework.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher. Professional certification of internal auditor or risk management are preferred
- Experience as internal auditor is preferred
- Experience of renewable energy business in Asia is a strong plus
- Success-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic, high pressure and fast-pace environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
