**Responsibilities**:

- Work as a liaison between the product, delivery, and technology /software development teams to architect, design, and develop high-quality software products and solutions within the De-Fi and blockchain space.
- Working closely with technology delivery leads to estimate and plan for all engineering/development tasks and help deliver as committed within the defined delivery/project constraints (scope, cost, engineering quality, and integration).
- Agile mindset with a focus on increasing delivery predictability and transparency to tech and business stakeholders.
- Communicate with clarity the options and recommendations that enable product features to be released as planned.
- Develop technical design and architecture documents, systems integration, and define solutions architecture, standards, and good practices that provide guidance and consistency throughout the SDLC.
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc
- Support innovation & research and development (R&D) to help incorporate blockchain technology, smart contracts, and web3 solutions for products and solutions built by the development team.
- Work closely with Dev Leads to help improve software development artifacts and help improve code quality, and code reusability and help define high-quality coding standards and engineering rigor.

**Qualifications**:

- Solid understanding of Blockchain foundations, De-Fi, consensus algorithms, and smart contracts.
- Experience in designing and developing software solutions in a variety of programming languages with hands-on expertise in at least ONE of the following - Java, PHP,.NET.
- Must have experience in MERN, MEAN technology stack and an expert in Node.JS and RDBMS, and NoSQL
- Must have experience in the financial services industry and previous experience in blockchain technologies.
- A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. Master will be an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, able to articulate solutions with Development, Product, and leadership teams.
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and fast-paced agile environment.
