Job Description:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Support and assist in providing oversight of unit dose repackaging and barcoding operations in Barcode Pharmacy.
- Operate Unit Dose Packaging System to repackage medication into barcoded unit dose.
- Ensure proper functioning of pharmacy equipment, automation system processes and workplace cleanliness.
- Conduct Quality Control Check on repackaged drugs.
- Conduct Drug Storage Audit Check in patient care areas and report findings to stakeholders.
- Plan and allocate bin in Automated Dispensing Cabinets to ensure medication safety
- Perform inventory management in Barcode Pharmacy & Automated Dispensing Cabinets, e.g. ordering, drugs distribution, expiry date tracking, discrepancies reconciliation, space planning and drug bin creation/ modification in the cabinets.
- Ensure medication safety in repackaging process and drug storage aspects.

**Requirements**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science OR WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Pharmacy Support)
- Computer literate (Preferably Microsoft Excel and Access)
- Physically fit, i.e. lift 7 kg machine hopper during cleaning of repackaging system, squat/stand for 3-4 hrs during drug storage check.
- Able to work under pressure and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Analytic and open mind to assist in quality improvement
- Comfortable to work on alternate Saturday or occasional extended hours ie work beyond 6pm
