The Early Intervention Centre is seeking a highly motivated experienced Senior ABA Therapist to join our team and work with young children in our Early Years intervention program. As a part-time therapist, you will play a critical role in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to improve the lives of children diagnosed with autism or other developmental challenges.

**Experience**

**Experience working with children with developmental and/ or learning difficulties.**

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Team-oriented
- Outstanding knowledge of Behavioural strategies
- Extensive experience working with children with developmental delays and behavioural challenges
- At least a Degree in Applied Behavioural Analysis, Educational Psychology or Special Education
- Early Denver Start Model Training / RBT Certification is a plus
- At least 3 years of related working experiences
- Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as a positive team member

**As a Senior ABA Therapist, your responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Teach in a one-on-one, dyad and group setting.
- Provides specific differentiated intervention method, modify instruction and make adaptations to meet the diverse needs of young children.
- Design and incorporate various support materials to facilitate programmes and to support learning and assessments.
- Be familiar with positive reinforcement and behavioural management strategies.
