Level 1.5 Desktop Support Engineer.
- Frontline diagnostic of problem and attend to user at desk to provide solution to reported IT related issues.
- Recommendationon improving performance on the PC & network. Perform onsite tickets resolutions and IMAC request.
- Reinstallation of software system when necessary or for new installation of PC hardware / software / services.
- Maintaining an updated problem and log change for each network at each user site
- Periodic virus-checking service.
- Create or modify printer server or print queue.
- Assist in system administrator and Set-up new user accounts profile and follow group policy and security standard
- Video/audio conference support
- Assist and track IT asset and inventory management and regular update
- VIP user priority support
- New laptop setup and assignment and brief New User Orientation
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Possess knowledgeable skill set of system, network and security like (ports, TCP/UDP, antivirus etc).
- Backfill engineer if desktop engineer goes on leave or MC.
