**Production Engineer (Scent & Care), Singapore**:

- As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible to lead CAPEX projects for Singapore Scent & Care Manufacturing site. You will be involved in continuous process improvement initiatives, driving productivity, efficiency and automation within Production Plant and Supply Chain. You will develop process workflow and dashboards through various software and systems for S&C Production. You will be required to support all production processes and equipment including training and developing the production team to achieve the required skills in their area of job scope. Furthermore, you will assist in deviation investigations in internal QC rejects, customer complaints and audits. This role will report directly to Production Process Manager, Scent & Care.**The Position**:

- Lead CAPEX projects for Singapore S&C Manufacturing Site.
- Lead industrialization assessment including conducting Operational Qualification (OQ) and Production Qualification (PQ) for new process or equipment.
- Lead Work Instructions (WI), Risk Assessment (RA), Pre-startup Safety Review (PSSR), Management of Change (MOC) process and scale up test in Production Plant.
- Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS) and process workflow for new process or equipment
- Lead plant improvement projects as assigned, typically focused on safety, sustainability and cost saving initiatives.
- Drive productivity, efficiency and automation initiatives in Singapore S&C Manufacturing Site.
- Create dashboards for S&C Production and cross departments within Supply Chain.
- Involve in RPA initiatives for S&C Supply Chain with greater focus on manufacturing processes.
- Lead SRMS team, system and its related production activities in Singapore and APAC for S&C segment.
- Support all production processes and equipment pertaining to SRMS, SAP, automated dosing machines, weighing scales, barcode scanners & labels and PDA
- Support in training and developing the production team.
- Support in Cycle Count process in production
- Support deviation investigations in internal QC rejects, customer complaints and audits.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing process.
- Has basic knowledge in Programming
- Proficient in Production Systems (SRMS / SAP) and MS Office
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Possess good communication skills and able to multitask and supervise a large multi-functional team
- Strategic and innovative thinker with strong analytical skills
- Strong team player, inquisitive, self-starter and has excellent problem-solving skills
