**Responsibilities**
- Support the HR team in day-to-day operations
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and P-files (physical copies and E-filing)
- Monitor and update employees’ attendance and leave record
- Prepare Employment Contract, Confirmation/termination/employment letters and any other necessary correspondences
- Assist in payroll when necessary
- Carry out any other duties as and when assigned
**Requirements and skills**
- Experience as an HR Admin Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act
- Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Meticulous and sharp attention to details
