You will be working closely with the management and local teams to drive large-scale people-related projects and deliver a direct impact to our employees in Singapore and across the globe.
- Partner closely with the Accounting & Finance functional leaders to understand their requirements and recruitment needs (taking in-depth job briefings and building robust, consistent job specifications with relevant competencies and indicators)
- Manage existing recruitment channels and job portals
- Support in market mapping and talent pipeline building
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system
- Support in other ad-hoc projects and tasks
- Good degree from a recognized university
- 4 - 6 years of working experience in a related talent acquisition position
- Prior relevant experience in finance and accounting recruitment related activities is a plus
- Passionate about people, culture, and service
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation
- Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
