Process transactions relating to customer’s claim for erroneous fund transfer using the various internal system.
Must be able to define the different types of cases and to follow up on cases for insufficient or incorrect details with CCTR or branches.
Cases must be processed correctly according to the types of claims.
Ensuring all customer’s claims are attended to on timely manner and closed within the defined turnaround time.
Follow the internal SOP and send the notification to the customers as per the regulatory guidelines.
Staffs are required to escalate for any customers complain to the supervisor or team manager immediately.
Respond to internal queries efficiently and timely.
