**Title**:
Lead Piping Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Leading and supervising a team of Piping Engineers and Designers as Lead Engineer of the project

Ensuring Efficient Project Execution within the stipulated schedule and budget

Familiar with Offshore Piping Materials & Stress Engineering, Platforms and FPSO layout design, Material handling, Piping/ Pipe support design, safety requirements, Conduct 3D Model Reviews as per the Project requirements

Effectively manage Design changes and provide appropriate solutions as and when needed during the Project execution

Responsible for production of deliverables such as design calculations, specifications, procedures, analyses, progress reports, bid evaluations, CTR input, study reports and various 3rd-party submissions

Provide skills, integrity and knowledge in key areas of discipline engineering, including design codes, legislative requirements and current good engineering practice

Understands clients ’needs,identifies and addresses design parameters and problems, develops and implements solutions

Performs Inter-discipline & discipline QA/QC and engineering compliance checks on all work performed by themselves or junior engineers within the group

Review and management of project and general specifications, engineering procedures and engineering policy

Adherence to company processes and procedures

Responsible for all work completed in his/her section and delivered to client

Efficient and effective production of project deliverables

Assist Department Manager in discipline related activities and work share with other centers

Shall be familiar with offshore/FPSO Piping Materials, Stress, Layout and Support Engineering & Design concepts

Shall be able to work independently/with minimum guidance, and coordinate well with the piping materials, Stress and Layout teams besides other disciplines

Shall possess hands-on experience as Lead Piping Engineer of large sized FPSO/Offshore platform projects

Job Requirements

Degree in Mechanical / Materials or Chemical Engineering with 20 to 30 years of experience

Offshore platforM/FPSO Piping Engineering

Shall be familiar with Offshore/FPSO Piping Materials, Stress, Layout and Support Engineering & Design concepts

Shall be able to work independently/with minimum guidance and coordinate well with the Piping materials, Stress and Layout teams besides other disciplines

Shall possess hands-on experience as Lead Piping Engineer of large sized FPSO/Offshore platform projects
