**Job Duties**:

- Leads all topsides piping activities during construction and integration up to mechanical completion.
- Coordinate all piping construction, inspection and testing activities with the Yard
- Manages flange management activities up to mechanical completion
- Provide technical advice and input in the area of construction activities for piping
- Manages the site piping team.
- Ensures daily coordination with site QHSE team.
- Ensure works are carried out as per schedule, monitors yard manpower.
- Manages the Piping team and sub-contractor at site.
- Coordinate with Piping Teams, sub-contractor and Flange management teams.
- Discuss and seek clarification on design matter with Engineering for piping and coordinate with site QHSE team
- Promote best practice to PMT and contractors at every avenue (meeting, toolbox, discussions, visit, walkabout & etc.) in order to instill the HSE values to each individual.
- Ensure piping works are closely controlled by QAQC
- Ensure the works are carried out as per latest drawings
- Ensure coordination with QAQC and inspections / tests follow the construction schedule
- Reviews/controls all site instructions related to piping or impacting the piping construction
- Signs-off job completion forms
- Leads Mechanical completion (ITRs A) for piping
- Coordinates with other disciplines (mechanical, structure, EIT) to achieve mechanical completion
- Coordinate piping integration works
- Participates in daily VSCC
- Monitors production indicators (manpower, spools fabrication, installation, integration and Testing progress, dia/inch progress, etc.)
- Monitors piping preservation (incl. Exotics)
- Participate in team coordination meetings
- Reports progress for own discipline
- Reports issues and proposes solutions

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- With minimum 8 years’ experience in a lead role for Major FPSO topsides piping
- Have taken on a lead role for a minimum of 2 Major FPSO for topsides piping works (min 300,000 dia-inches, which 30% are exotic materials).
- Have taken on a lead role for 2 Major FPSO topsides projects, managing fabrication, installation, integration, testing and mechanical completion of entire topsides piping systems.
- Good understanding of schedule and resource planning
- Fundamental understanding of concepts, principles and practices in the oil and gas Industry.
