**The Opportunity**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Able to make strategic decisions to optimize internal cost and lead time through air and sea ratio and technical forecasting based on the consumption trend.
- Responsible for optimizing logistics/ supply chain costs through reduction in inventory, improvement in lead time, and delivery accuracy. Working closely with the respective aftersales department on warehousing and transportation in optimizing cost and services levels.
- Lead a team of parts officers as well as all communications, upward and downward through the organization; raised key issues and options for resolution to the Aftersales team.
- Ensuring continuous process and policy improvements to achieve excellence in demand flow management.
- Develop and monthly reporting in tracking demand flow performance with identified improvement actions plan. Build and maintain reports and summaries on a regular (weekly/daily) basis to support business growth. Ensure data is accurate and on time.

To be considered for this position, you should possess an education level of Diploma with at least 4 years relevant experience in parts store management or equivalent. There will be added advantage if you have an automotive-related background.
