**Activités**
- LOBP SPOC for processing all local UMDS requests. Liaise directly with Regional UMDS SPOC. Manage the process and coordination between Regional (Marketing, Commercial, Purchasing, Product Stewardship) and LOBP to ensure shortest validation and implementation lead time.
- Monthly reporting of slow and non-moving inventory in all warehouses (H972, HD42, H975, HB73 and H978). Lead meetings with Regional Marketing and LOBP (Laboratory, Planning, Logistics, CS) to propose and execute solutions for clearing aging inventory.
- Biannual review of Product Cat List with Regional Marketing. Coordinate between Regional (Marketing, Commercial) and LOBP (Planning, CS, Procurement) to ensure smooth transition for all product cat changes.
- Manage all creation, modification and closure of raw materials and finished goods within LOBP.
- Liaise with Regional Marketing for all promotional products launches.
- Liaise with Regional Marketing for all in-house printing of Commercial Label creation and design. Ensure label database is readily updated and available for Production use.
- Liaise with TOI for all NPT, LHA and SNI-related updates, TOTH for all MOE-related updates, Regional (Marketing, Business Process) for all API and PPRD-related updates.
- Liaise with Regional Product Stewardship for all GHS Label creation and design. Ensure GHS labels are readily updated and available for Production use.
- Ensure ZM77 control in SAP is in place to flag out anomalous price differences and analyze all deviations to eliminate erroneous entries resulting in fluctuations and impact on moving average prices.
- Coordinate with Regional Supply & Logistics Optimization Manager on all LOBP volume transfer projects feasibility and implementation.
- Troubleshoot all offline label printer and Codesoft related issues to minimize Production downtime.
- Ensure that SAP material master is well-maintained (code creation, modification and closure).
- Releasing of MAP errors and recommend corrective measures to resolve MAP.
- Assist in Mass balance reporting and cost of non-quality of each month.
- To provide monthly analysis on the gain or loss on mass balance.
- Any ad-hoc tasks
