As Manager of Process and Capabilities, you will work across many teams, namely Channel Operations, Supply Planning, Freight & Logistics, Order Management, Business Intelligence, and Supply Chain Engineering. Success in this position requires experience with consumer goods supply chain management with proven project/program management skills. This role also works across the above functional teams in Devices to align end-to-end processes, ensure proper documentation and governance of processes with delivery of associated capabilities, as required. They will work through multi-year, prioritized continuous improvement, process optimization and capabilities roadmaps supporting Microsoft Devices business objectives.

As a leader of the new S&T hub, you must ensure there are open lines of communication, effective coordination, and great collaboration between your teammates in Singapore and the rest of the org in Redmond, WA, USA, Dublin, IE and Hyderabad, India.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain both short
- and long-term Supply Chain Capabilities and Process roadmaps to ensure we are building the right business processes and solutions/features to realize our supply chain business objectives. Provide input for definition of goals, and execute solutions for anchoring to industry standards and process measures, implementing controls, maintaining compliance, optimizing customer experience keeping cost and sustainability implications front and center
- Act as the primary representative between the Supply Chain business stakeholders and our core engineering partners and Data Science team, formalizing their needs via intake, requirements gathering, and prioritization.
- Serve as the primary representative between all S&T employees in Singapore with the rest of the team across the globe, ensuring effective collaboration and helping to unlock the full potential of what a global transformation org can do.
- Execute the process by utilizing full working knowledge of process tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping) in accordance with compliance and controls. Drive a clear end-to-end view of expected business outcomes for the processes by using data, research, and assessments.
- Works across key stakeholder groups (leadership, peer, and partner teams) to clearly articulate strategy and deliverables to capabilities, process, data science, BI, and development teams ensuring well-socialized change programs, high user adoption, and business value realization.
- Program manage a portfolio of diverse supply chain projects controlling scope and schedule, and keeping leadership informed through effective stakeholder management.
- Ensure the successful delivery and adoption of new capabilities by coordinating solution design reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and adoption.

**Qualifications**:

- Deep Project/Program Management experience, with effective communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to impact & influence key stakeholders
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes, flows, and data architectures
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across technology and business teams in a heavily matrixed and global organization
- Experience in Supply Chain Strategy, Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management or other similar quantitative and analytical business roles
- Ability to translate technical solutions to non-technical customers in a clear and precise manner
- Proven experience with DMAIC, Six Sigma, Lean, and/or Total Quality Management process optimizations
- Experience facilitating cross functional projects, with proven ability to meet challenging organizational objectives
- Proven ability to use good business judgment, exceptional communication skills and diplomatic conflict resolution
- 4+ years of building business process + technology solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in high-tech manufacturing and/or consumer electronics
- End-to-end supply chain experience, such as new product introduction, supply planning, demand management and forecasting, channel operations management, reverse supply chain
