We are seeking a **responsible and customer-oriented Counter Staff**to join our team. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment near the waterfront, this may be the job for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and professional **customer service**to passengers at the counter
- Assist with **booking, enquiries, and boarding**procedures
- **Maintain accurate records**of bookings and vouchers in our **proprietary IT system**:

- Support the **scheduling of boats and captains**based on trip requirements
- **Transfer items**(e.g. parcels, documents) between the jetty and the counter
- Keep the counter organized and welcoming

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English (other languages a plus)
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Physically fit to handle light-to-moderate lifting
- Able to work on **weekends and public holidays**(rotating shifts)
- Experience in customer service or scheduling is an advantage (but not required - training will be provided)
