**Primary Roles and Responsibilities**
- Currency Exchange Transactions
- Buy and sell foreign currencies based on current exchange rates.
- Calculate and provide the correct amount of foreign or local currency.Handle both cash and digital payment transactions.- Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers courteously.
- Explain exchange rates, service fees, and transaction processes.Provide information about available currencies and rates.- Cash Handling
- Count and verify cash accurately during transactions.
- Detect counterfeit currency using tools and visual inspection.Balance cash drawers at the start and end of shifts.- Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Issue receipts for all exchanges.Prepare daily transaction reports and submit them to management.- Compliance & Security
- Follow anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations.
- Verify customer identity for large transactions.Maintain confidentiality of customer information.- Monitoring Market Rates
