**Responsibilities**:

- Process bank deposits
- Prepare, send and filing of invoices and documents
- Arrange of courier, posting of mail
- Contacting client to inform letter received on behalf
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Reconcile financial statements

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
