The SP Digital Project Manager oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing project, including planning, organizing, staffing and scheduling project activities within the project, working with various project/team leads. The Project Manager is also responsible for proactively managing and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
**What You'll Do**:
Overall- Plan and manage the delivery of the overall project activities in accordance with the mission and the goals for SPD.-
- Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the project.-
- Manage and communicate project updates to stakeholders, including schedule and risks-
- Work with stakeholders to ensure our project activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization-
- Managing third party vendors contributing to the projects-
- Support in sourcing, briefing and evaluation of vendors/developers-
- Manage providers for quick turnaround time on cost estimates and timeline for development efforts-
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the effective and efficient project delivery-
- Ensure successful deliverables of the project (high quality, on time, on brief and within budget) in accordance with the project planProject Management- Monitoring overall progress, including resolving issues, and initiating corrective action as appropriate-
- Managing risks to the project’s successful outcome, and reporting the progress of the projects at regular intervals to internal and external stakeholders-
- Interface with and co-ordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to project manage the end-to-end implementation of solutions-
- Day-to-day management, detailed monitoring and accountability for tasks and projects within the team.-
- Ensures accurate development and traceability of requirements during project lifecycle.-
- Manages onshore and offshore resources assigned to the project.-
- Proactive communication and status reporting both internally and externally**What You'll Need**:
- Bachelor's degree in any disciplines-
- 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience in project management consultant role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.-
- Preference for someone with prior expsosure handline tech related projects-
- Prior exposure to Agile development processes will be an added advantage#LI-DNI
