As a member of Group Human Resources, the incumbent will oversee the portfolio of Group Pre-Service under the guidance of the Asst Director, Group Human Resource. The incumbent will lead a team of 2 executives and is responsible for the following:
- **Pre-service Scholarship & Sponsorship Management**
- Collaborating with MOH/H and internal stakeholders to influence and achieve win-win outcomes for the annual scholarship/ sponsorship administration.
- Leading the annual review of the projected NHG’s demands for scholar manpower and to ensure fair distribution of scholars across NHG institutions.
- Leading a team to work with MOH/H and internal stakeholders in handling scholars matters
- Enhancing the employee experience for our pre-service and in-service healthcare scholars, including the design and implementation of engagement initiatives and activities
- **Central Recruitment Approach**
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies and framework for the active requisition of students or graduates through a well-managed recruitment process, for both local and overseas recruitment.
- Working with recruitment agencies to execute local and overseas student recruitment-cum-awareness driven activities and support any engagement initiatives.
- Preparing centralised recruitment related budget and managing the budget utilisation and charge out accordingly.
- **Branding and Internal Communications**
- Leading the branding and publicity efforts in attracting new entrants into pursuing a healthcare career.
- Leading the campus recruitment, career fairs participation and school outreach events.
- Designing and developing communication and publicity materials such as EDMs, social medial posts, infographics for staff communications.
- Leading and organising of the annual NHG Awards Ceremony.
- Undertaking in ad-hoc improvement projects, as assigned.
**Job Requirements**
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in a Business Administration or Human Resources related discipline
- Preferably with 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding or HR generalist-related role
- Experience in both in-house recruitment and executive search firm will be an added advantage
- Able to design and create creative content proficiently. Experience in using digital marketing tools will be an advantage
- Independent and strong in project management, planning and prioritisation
- Meticulous, attentive to details and well organized
- Good verbal and written communication skills; confident in interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders
