We are looking for a passionate **International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) Leader** to make an impact on health and wellbeing of our clients and be a strong advocate to lead conversations and make achievable solutions and changes in this area.

**We will count on you to**:

- Counsels, mentors and oversees performance management for a team of Client Relationship Managers, coordinates workload of team members and ensures team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs.
- Utilizes a thorough understanding of the client's business, risk management and insurance needs to ensure that our services and programs continue to meet their complex needs and expectations.
- Strengthens positive and tenacious client retention and development focus amongst subordinates through regular communication of client status and retention issues.
- Leads revenue generation, growth and other opportunities by actively developing additional business from existing portfolio and other sources in line with budget targets.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to grow and strengthen client relationships (new services, conference invitations, information on new products and solutions etc.)
- Oversee all direct and indirect sales team dedicated to IPMI
- Manage channel distribution partners for effective sales conversions
- Be a leader and oversee governance of all cross sales initiatives related to IPMI
- Up and cross-sell products and services (including coordination with Marsh and
Mercer other LOBs).

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 15+ years of working experience in IPMI Employee Benefits segment in Broking/Insurance industry.
- Strong domain knowledge, and client management experience in health and benefits consulting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Analytical, critical thinking, good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Global mindset with experience in working with a team environment across borders.
- MAS qualification is required for this role.

- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- General knowledge of Compensation & Benefit practices (employee benefit underwriting, health care management, flexible benefits and alternative funding).
