**Job Summary**
- The Manager will lead a team of DTF sales, pre-sales and PM professionals to plan and execute actions to achieve short-term and mid-term business goals.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead the sales, pre-sales and PM team in Southeast Asia in overseeing the industrial têxtile printer sales, technical consultation of the overall customer workflow, and marketing activities.
- The areas of responsibilities shall include sales and pre-sales planning, direct customer engagement, sales pipeline management, product management, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance, and talent management.
- Responsible for major sales, pre-sales and marketing deliverables for the industrial têxtile business and ensuring all the business initiatives are performed in accordance with regional directions and compliance with countries & organisation laws and regulations while balancing the specific needs of local operations.
- Support Regional Senior Manager on creating strategies and to drive regional initiatives and action plans to meet organisation’s goals and objectives.
- Responsible for the annual sales target including specific KPIs to increase the sales pipelines.
- Establish strong & influential relationships with regional and local managers in the region, providing sound advice, support and guidance aligned with business strategy as well as ability to communicate clearly and relate well to the employees on regular basis.
- Work closely with the counterparts from the global headquarter in Japan and lead the discussions related to market, product, price, competition, etc.
- Build and promote employee engagement, assess employee’s skillset and provide appropriate on-the-job and off-the-job trainings and guidance to strengthen to skill up the team.

**Key Job Requirements**

1. Job / Skills Competencies:

- Deep understanding on the analogue and digital industrial printing market, equipment, and workflows (têxtile and/or label)
- Experience with direct sales to industrial customers, marketing operations and team management
- Preferably with working experience in a multi-national company
- Strong team management capabilities for regional operations in various locations
- Strong analytical skills with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently, pro-actively, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

2. Critical Work Experience:

- Minimum 10 years working experience in Industrial printing business (têxtile and/or label) and 5 years in managerial role

3. Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
