**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operate Silkscreen Printing Machines**: Set up and operate silkscreen printing machines to print high-quality designs on various materials, including têxtiles, tote bags, and corporate gifts.
- **Pre-Press Preparation**: Prepare screens, mix inks, and adjust print settings to meet customer specifications and design requirements.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect printed products for clarity, color accuracy, and consistency, ensuring all prints meet quality standards.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management**: Manage and track inventory levels of inks, screens, and other printing supplies, ensuring adequate stock for upcoming projects.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**: Perform regular maintenance on printing equipment and troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime and ensure production efficiency.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of orders.

**Requirements**:

- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of the silkscreen printing process, including screen preparation, ink mixing, and color matching.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift printing materials as required.
