HLS Group is a well-established logistics and freight forwarding company experiencing steady growth. Singaproe branch opens in Mar, 2023. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, we are expanding our team to better serve our growing client base.
**Role Overview**:
Job duties:
- Liaise with customers, carriers, vendors, overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment
- Provide full customer service support (handles enquiries, complaints) to customer, oversea agents
- Ensure customer’s orders are processed in a timely and accurately manner
- Liaise and update customer closely to resolve customer orders or shipments related issues
- Timely follow up/coordinate/communicate shipment information with stakeholders (ie subcontractors, shipping lines, shipping agents, freight forwarders, customers and overseas offices).
- Prepare payment requests, ensure all billings are done timely and accurately with all necessary supporting documents
- Adhere to SOP and work instructions
- Adhoc tasks per request
Job Requirement:
- Preferably diploma in Logistics or business admin
- Customer service orientated and team player
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field within Freight Forwarding industry **is required**for this position.
- Strong in outlook, Microsoft Office Word, Excel
- Good commercial sense and cost management.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and cope with pressure.
- Accountable for complete operational needs, good working attitude, positive mindset and able to adapt to dynamic market changes
