Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with research scientists at the implementation and optimization of the research code;
- Scale up deep learning models via distributed computing;
- Develop reusable libraries for research and engineering projects;
General engineering support for the research team;
- Interact with broader open-sourced community on AI fields.
**Job Requirements**
- Five or more years of work experience in a university, industry, or government lab(s), in a role with primary emphasis on AI research;
- Master's degree or higher (PhD is preferred) in AI related fields;
- Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, etc;
- Experienced in deep learning frameworks, e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX;
- Experienced in development tools including version control systems, build systems, code review tools, etc;
- (preferred) Academic or industry expertise (5+ years) in one or more related areas;
- (preferred) An active contributor on open source projects;
- (preferred) Publications on AI conferences and journals;
- (preferred) Medals in programming competitions like ACM-ICPC regional contests.
