The School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) is seeking to hire a Principal Research Fellow. The incumbent will contribute to the exploration, development and analysis, providing insightful content that help to advance the knowledge of Fluid Mechanics and Acoustics. The role aims to deliver high-quality research outcomes that can drive the advancement in the field.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate specialization in experimental methodologies, computational analysis/simulation and modeling of sustainable manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead research programs in the field of fluid mechanics of sustainable manufacturing / energy independently.

Job Requirement
- PhD in Engineering with a strong research focus on Fluid Mechancis
- Strong understanding of research methodologies, data analysis, and statistical techniques.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information, collaborate and build relationship.
- Ability to produce technical content for publications and deliver informative presentations to diverse audience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to analyse and interpret research data
- Attention to details and a commitment to upholding ethical standards in all research activities
- Passion in the field of research and a desire to contribute to meaningful projects.
