This position report to management in the USA.

The leader is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company in the region. The Vice President (VP) will be working with the team in the USA and oversee the hiring of all early team members and assist with the setup of all company operations in the region. The VP will work with the CEO, CTO to ensure the launch and operations of the South East Asia business is successful. The position is expected to oversee three (3) country managers and 20 staffs in the next 18 months.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Strong empathy and communication skills to understand client problem statements
- Establish fiscal plan including budgeting, reporting and manage P/L of the business unit
- Build and lead the teams in an innovative setup
- Experience in Technology Product Management
- Work with the leadership team to set strategy and direction for the region
- Create, maintain and deliver a clear vision and business strategy that is aligned with corporate goals and values
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
- Assist with company setup and all admin, legal and governance issues
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company
- Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Ensure that the team met regional rollout objectives
- Identify new products and opportunities (merger and acquisition) to accelerate revenue growth
- Identify prospects and build a strategic sales approach to promote sales growth in Asia

To be successful in this role, you must have:
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent with a minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity and with management level. Results orientated, strong in identifying new business opportunities, developing the strategy and executing business plans. Experience in managing teams and coaching staff to the next level. Strong leadership & analytic skills. Proven ability to turn strategy into reality through superior execution. Proven ability to utilize quantitative inputs to identify trends and behaviours and subsequent actions to achieve market share.

Staff is required to work across different time zones (USA, Europe, Asia) to facilitate business operation.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
