Their business in Singapore has a significant presence in Asia in terms of its reputable market position in developing best-in-class supply chain management capabilities, and takes pride in ensuring optimized demand forecast and supply allocation activities to achieve maximized customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead supply chain planning team to oversee end to end regional Supply Chain Planning by working closely with commercial leaders and multiple retail stakeholders, essentially to support improve current state of supply chain efficiency in Singapore and beyond
- Spearhead continuous process improvements in across Supply/ Demand and Capacity Planning, with acquired experiences across S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) and strategic inventory analysis
- Actively collaborate with cross functional teams such as Buyers to ensure optimal demand forecast and supply balance management, including that of managing inventory and safety stock levels by means of introducing effective replenishment planning processes etc.
- Strategize supply allocation and logistics management to deliver cost synergies and related optimization to support Supply Chain Transformation
- Spearhead supply chain continuous improvement program to ensure Supply Chain & Logistics Excellence

**Requirements**:
Singapore - Permanent

1. Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5- 8 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Supply Chain or related International Business Management experiences in a complex Fast Moving Consumer Goods and/ or Retail Management environment

1. Proven track record in acquired solution-oriented mind set to deal with complex and matrix organizational framework

2. Excellent hands-on experience and knowledge in driving Supply Chain Excellence

3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organisation to important stakeholders

4. Good understanding of SAP and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred
