Overview:
The Supply Chain Planning Manager will manage a cross-countries planners team, responsible for implementing Global Supply Chain Planning and Operations within the region.

He/She will lead the supply planning, inventory management, working with manufacturing plants on production plan and Tier 1 Distribution Center to establish replenishment supply to the assigned markets tier 2 DCs for finished goods. He/She will also engage with various stakeholders to drive business results and performance to improve OTIF, Back Order management and Inventory optimisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all aspects of inventory and supply planning with a goal of ensuring desired revenue, margin, service, inventory, capacity, and total delivered cost targets are achieved
- Execute S&OP/S&OE process to provide an optimum customer service level and working capital performance as defined by the organisation’s business operating plans and strategic objectives. Support Regional Annual Operation Plan (AOP) process
- Influence and collaborate with key partners in Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Logistics, Production to address input/output gaps as identified by Forecast error review & Production plan alignment
- Optimise usage of Rapid Response and SAP to ensure Demand and Supply alignment. Ensure Sales & Operations plan are accurate, updated, maintained and available with key stakeholders and senior management for decision making
- Lead and participate in Supply Chain strategy optimisation projects including advanced planning tools and techniques to optimize capacity optimisation, Inventory management and efficient Replenishment management
- Lead Process continuous improvement initiatives within Supply Chain
- Manage a team of planners to ensure global standard process and planning system adaptation through training and change management
- Manage improvement in Supply allocation, OTIF, Back Order, Inventory Optimisation to enhance customer service level
- Develop planners to take ownership, initiative and development

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. MBA and APCIS certification is a plus
- 7+ years’ experience in regional supply chain planning and inventory management.
- Solid understand of ERP and Planning software and the ability to utilise optimised planning process with master setting - knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response and SAP strongly preferred.
- People Management skills
- Demonstrate leadership skills and strong initiative and ownership
- Strong analytical skill and ability to translate into action to drive problem solving issue and improve performance
- Effective communication skill both orally and written
