Singapore SAF WARRANT OFFICERS AND SPECIALISTS CLUB, THE Full time

**Job Summary**

Assist the Operations Manager in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team comprising of M&E, Security, Lifeguard, Members’ Relation Office, and contracted Housekeeping.

**Main Duties and Key Responsibilities**

Leadership & Management Role

1. Assist OM in preparing work requirements and specifications required for ITQ and ITT, as well as sourcing for contractors for various works and suppliers for various procurements.

2. Assist OM in implementing and management of club’s maintenance and project works and ensure works are carried out in accordance with club management requirements.

3. Assist OM to liaise with relevant authorities for renewal of licenses, e.g., BCA, SCDF, EMA, PUB, IMDA, NEA, etc.

4. Assist OM in the management of performance, training, and welfare of department staff.

5. Perform any duties as and when assigned by OM and manage the ground operations during his absence.

Maintenance & AV Support

6. Conduct regular inspection of all systems to ensure all maintenance programmes are implemented efficiently in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.

7. Implement maintenance programme for building and M&E services and equipment, including electrical distribution system, air-conditioning system, water supply system, fire protection systems and other building services.

8. Maintain the various AV systems required to support the various functions and events held within the club premises.

Security Operations

9. Supervise the security team to improve the security of the clubhouse which include fire safety and evacuation as well as emergency response to the threat of terrorism.

10. Ensure that all security officers have valid PLRD security officer license and undergo refresher training such as the management of fire protection system, emergency response procedures, and administration of first aid, CPR & AED.

11. Assist in the improvement of car-parking system which include the EPS and EV charging facilities.

Swimming Pool

12. Oversee the duties of lifeguards to ensure swimming pool filtration system, jacuzzi system, and water fountain system are in good operating condition.

13. Ensure lifeguards carry out routine checking of swimming pool water chlorine and pH level to be within NEA allowable limits and conduct swimming pool water consumption tracking and analysis.

14. Ensure lifeguards’ first aid and CPR certifications are valid and refresher training is conducted for the security team.

Member Relations Office

15. Work with member relations officers and M&E team to carry out routine inspections of all bungalow and chalet units and arrange for urgent rectification works before guests check in.

16. Work with member relations officers and housekeeping team for monthly spring cleaning and maintenance works of bungalow and chalet units.

Housekeeping & Pest Control

17. Supervise the contracted services which include cleaning & housekeeping, horticulture, pest control and waste disposals.

**Job Requirements and Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Estates Management/Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Hands-on and willing to work odd hours and/or extended hours when required.
- Able to take on multi-disciplinary job scope.
- A valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.
